Ex-d Electronic Ground System

The electronic grounding system provides earthing for tankers during flammable liquids loading and unloading operations in hazardous areas.

The apparatus, by means of the clamp connected to conductive parts of tank truck , disperses to the ground the electrostatic charges generated during load and unload operations.

The electronic unit of the apparatus verify the ground resistance, and if it’s acceptable, allow round connection and it switches the SPDT contacts which

enable/disable the pump of tanker and it is signaled by greenlight.

Body and cover in low copper content aluminum alloy.

Ex Plugs & Sockets

The sockets and plugs can be used in any environment with a potentially explosive atmosphere.

They are available with a wide range of amperage and voltage, and they are equipped with interlocked or automatic circuit breaker.

They can only be activated when the plug is inserted.

Material : body, cover and plugs : light alloy or glass rinforced polyester.
